Ma tegelikult ei saa aru, miks nii vähe inimesi veel teavad chia seemnetest. Kuna nende tervislikkusest ja omadustest kirjutatakse igal pool. Ma ei hakka palju sellest kirjutama, googeldades leiab palju infot selle kohta. Üks huvitavatest omadust on see, et kokkupuutel vedelikuga, need seemned paisuvad ning vedelik muutub lausa geeliks, seega saab chia pudingutega imeilusaid ja imemaitsvaid magustoite teha.
Kui mahe toodete tootja ja maaletooja Loodusvägi palus mul teha chia pudingu retsepti, siis ma ei saanud öelda “ei”, sest see on üks minu lemmikutest magustoitudest. Seda on imelihtne teha, ja siis kui meil on saadaval värsked marjad, siis seda magustoitu ei ole võimalik mitte teha. See kord tegin pudingu kookospiima ja mustikamahlaga ning kaunistasin värskete marjadega.
KOOSTISOSAD:
Kookospudingu jaoks:
- 400ml kookospiima
- 4 spl chia seemneid
- 2 spl agaavisiirupit (või muud magustajat)
- 0,5 laimist mahla
- 0,5 tl vanilje ekstrakti
Mustika pudingu jaoks:
- 250ml mustikamahla
- 3 spl chia seemneid
- Näpuotsas jahvatatud kardemoni
VALMISTAMINE:
Eraldi kokku segada pudingute koostisosi ning panna külmikusse mõneks tunniks või üleöö. Pärast panna klaasi või kaussi kihtidena. Saab lisada ka granolat, erinevaid marju, kookoshelbeid, pähkleid jne. Naudi!
